Pottery Classes

The first step in my classes is to bring the students back to their childhood, where there were no artistic rules to break. Let's have fun and play in the clay. Let's get dirty!

Clay Earthworks Pottery Class

Clay Earthworks classes focus on beginning and intermediate techniques in both hand building and wheel throwing.

Each two-hour class starts with personal instruction. I will guide you through basic sculpting/hand building techniques and then coach you through step-by-step wheel throwing techniques.

My class will teach additional methods of decorating, adding texture, carving, and glazing.
